What we do with your files and your contact details

1. Scope

This notice explains what CS3D Print Studio & Design does with personal information when you browse this website or contact us about a job. It follows the data provisions of Cambodia's Law on Electronic Commerce (2019), which require your consent before we collect or use your personal data.

2. What we collect

We only hold what a job actually needs:

  • what you tell us — your name, phone number, Telegram handle or email, and a delivery address if we are delivering
  • what you send us — model files, sketches, photographs, objects for scanning and the messages around them
  • order records — what was printed, when, and what was paid, which we keep for accounting
  • aggregated website statistics — page views and loading speed, collected without cookies and never tied to a person

3. Cookies

This site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE. It stores nothing but your choice of English or Khmer, lasts a year, and exists so the site opens in the language you picked. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.

4. Why we use it

To quote your job, to make what you ordered, to reach you about it, to hand it over, and to keep the accounting records a business is required to keep. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

5. Who else sees it

Only where a job needs it: a courier gets the delivery address, and our hosting and analytics providers process technical data on our behalf. If you contact us through Telegram, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, that platform handles the message under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We disclose information to an authority only where the law requires it.

6. Where it is held

This website is hosted outside Cambodia, so technical data such as your IP address is processed abroad. Your files and order details stay with us at the studio and with the messaging platform you used to send them.

7. How long we keep it

Model files are kept so we can reprint for you without you having to resend them. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Ask us to delete your files at any time and we will, unless a record has to be retained by law.

8. Your choices

Message us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your files, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier. We answer at the contact details below.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer files is limited to the people working on the job. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong we will tell the people affected.

10. Children

This site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if a child has sent us something, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top of the page.
